The strain energy function of mechanical properties of rubber products is studied by establishing the finite element model of rubber products, and the characteristics and applicability of the strain energy function model are introduced. The finite element analysis method is used to study and analyze the large deformation constitutive relationship of rubber products, and the Yeoh model is deduced by the numerical processing method of three-field variational principle, which points out the development direction for the finite element analysis of rubber products. By establishing a three-dimensional finite element model of the static envelope characteristics of the tire, the response characteristics of the tire to obstacles are studied, and the relevant influencing factors on fuel consumption and tire tread life are clarified in the experimental results. The finite element analysis method is used to study and analyze the internal variable energy function of rubber products, and the rationality of the potential error is discussed through the characterization test of rubber products. The finite element analysis process of tires under different specific load conditions is summarized, and the finite element model of general tires is designed using Abaqus, as shown in Figure 1. Through the analysis of the model, it can be concluded that under the action of inflation load, the stress generated in the tire is mainly concentrated in the belt and bead.
