The difference between the two is obvious, and the stiffness of non-pneumatic tire is significantly smaller. It shows that the load carrying capacity of the non-pneumatic tire optimized by the rubber and plastic products manufacturer is low and cannot meet the performance requirements of the same size pneumatic tire.
The optimized structure boundary of rubber and plastic products manufacturers is clear, and there is no intermediate transition area. Because it can not meet the performance requirements of pneumatic tires of the same size, it can not be used directly. However, it provides a new idea for the design of non-pneumatic tires. In combination with the bionic concept, a non-pneumatic tire that meets the performance requirements can be designed.
