(1) Quality control of rubber material return process.
Workers with rich production experience shall be specially assigned to be responsible for the returning of the mixed rubber, and the returning record shall be made. The inspector shall monitor and confirm the whole process of rubber mixing.
(2) Quality control of rubber blanking process.
The company tries its best to use mechanical blanking method for the blanking process of rubber compound. Try to use the rubber cutting machine to cut and shape the blank, ensure the accuracy and weight of the cutting blank, and facilitate the accurate control of the blank weight, so as to effectively control the quality difference between vulcanized rubber products.
(3) Quality control of curing process.
Some of the company's production equipment is old, processing accuracy is low, efficiency is low, and the control of curing parameters is greatly affected by human factors. Therefore, the purchase of advanced vulcanization equipment and the vulcanization parameters controlled by the equipment can effectively reduce the impact of human factors on the quality and improve the vulcanization quality of rubber products.
The vulcanization process of rubber shall be in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the three elements of vulcanization (temperature, pressure and time) and the three inspection systems (self-inspection, mutual inspection and special inspection). Relevant operators and inspectors shall strictly inspect their appearance and patrol, and carry out random inspection on the finished products in a timely manner. The number of random inspections per shift shall not be less than 2, and make original records.
(4) Quality control of rubber product trimming.
The vulcanized rubber parts need to remove the burrs at the parting and the film at the hole. The manual operation method of removing the burrs with tools such as knives and scissors is inefficient. The purchase of advanced deburring equipment is conducive to improving the production efficiency and ensuring the quality of rubber parts deburring.
