The treatment of the leftover and waste materials from the production of rubber products is aimed at protecting the environment, reducing waste and reducing production costs, and must be done.  
Responsibilities of each silicone production department:
1. The Engineering Department shall indicate the classification of waste and leftovers of each rubber product on the process card.  
2. The production staff shall lead the corner waste into the designated location according to the category indicated in the process card.  
3. The classified corner waste shall be cleaned and crushed by the personnel of the production department, and added into the rubber of corresponding products according to the instructions of engineering technology.  
Specific implementation of waste disposal:
1. Classified according to different rubber materials and their hardness.  
2. The edge and corner waste of different rubber types cannot be mixed, and the scrap paper, scrap iron, wood block, mud and other sundries shall not be mixed in the edge and corner waste, and the single and pure edge and corner waste shall be protected.  
3. The production department regularly processes the classified corner waste. The specific types of different rubber compounds (some rubber compounds) are as follows: NR50 degrees above: NR, SBR, BR, IR NR50 degrees below: NR, SBR, BR NBR50 degrees above: NBR+PVC NBR50 degrees below: NBR+PVC, CR rubber, EPDM 50 degrees above, EPDM 50 degrees below, ACM rubber, FKM rubber, silica gel, IIR, all white materials, and bright color materials (except silica gel) are stacked separately.
